Shopping center and retail architecture has been a passion for our Managing Principal for over two decades, managing the design and development of a multitude of projects ranging from small neighborhood and community centers, to regional shopping malls and lifestyle centers. Our knowledge of retail center development is rooted in our leader's hands-on experience at two development firms where he personally oversaw all phases of project development, from site selection and entitlement to design, construction, leasing support, and landlord/tenant improvement phases. We believe that a successful retail project incorporates local and cultural attributes, is bonded to its geographical location, enriches its residents, and fulfills the community's goals all while meeting the client's vision.
