Automotive

For over ten years, the leadership of 1O1 Architecture has been involved in the design and development of automotive facilities nationally. Our leadership's experience with automotive facilities includes the design and construction of fueling stations, C-Stores, car washes, automotive repair facilities, tire stores and fast lube facilities. Frank Malek was the principal architect and program manager in charge of a fifty facility roll-out development program called the Multi-Facility Concept which included the co-branding of a fueling station, a C-store, a Quick Serve Restaurant, a Car Wash and an automotive repair facility all on one site. Additionally, Frank Malek managed and implemented the building prototype design for the Great American One Stop Auto Care facilities. Our automotive experience encompasses projects for Shell Oil, 7-Eleven, Conoco, Texaco, Firestone, Big-O Tires, Goodyear, and Great American.
