ABOUT

1O1 Architecture is a firm specializing in the full spectrum of design and development services. We were founded on January 1st of 2010 in Denver, CO with the goal of focusing on fulfilling our client's needs, and successfully managing expectations and achieving the balance between program requirements, design, budget, schedule and market influences.

Our value is in our ability to listen to our clients, focus our efforts, and leverage our experience in translating their desires and requirements into creative, inspiring and enduring environments that exceed the project objectives. We optimize the value and quality of our services and designs by blending in the right mix of individual talent, management experience, and technical skills for each project, and creating a successful collaboration that is responsive to the client’s specific program, budget, and schedule.

We strive to be an invaluable member of our client’s team and a key partner in every aspect of the project.  At 1O1 Architecture, we are committed to excellence and we have a vested interest in our clients, and in the success of their projects. With that comes a commitment from Frank Malek and Buddy Poppitt, to maintain hands-on oversight on each and every assignment.
